Privacy

This page describes how Pulse handles information on the members desk. It is written in plain language for the product. It is not legal advice.

Account and email

When you create an account, Pulse stores the email address and password hash you provide, plus the sign-in session needed to open the desk. Pulse does not publish your email address, display name, or profile photo to other members.

Payments

Membership checkout is processed by Stripe. Pulse does not store full card numbers, expiry, or CVC on its servers. Card fields on the checkout screen stay in your browser until you confirm, and the charge is the published membership price only after that confirmation.

Market data

Quotes, stamps, and candlestick charts on the desk are requested from Yahoo Finance so Pulse can show prices and alert status. Those requests identify a symbol and the chart range, not your Pulse password.

Cookies and analytics

Pulse uses cookies to keep you signed in. It does not run a separate analytics or advertising product, and it does not sell account data.

What other users see

Owner personal information is not shown to other users. The public site and the member desk do not display the owner’s name, personal email, or private account details.

Contact

For a privacy question, use Pulse support. That page is the generic contact for the desk. It does not list a personal owner address.
